Pre-employment reports for staff selection

We perform different pre-hiring reports.

Whether the private detective focus its research on those elements that are most relevant to the company, the main aspects, which may include pre-employment research, are very diverse:

  • CURRICULUM VERIFICATION. Verify the curriculum to ensure that the data on it’s true (College Degrees, previous work experience, etc…).
  • ECONOMIC SITUATION. Culmas Detectives focuses on both the income and assets of the person under investigation, and the economic situation of their environment. In addition of knowing its economic trajectory, old debts, problems with previous companies, bankruptcies…
  • PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE. Routines, habits are investigated. Also whether the investigated person has or had hidden addictions (drugs, alcohol, gambling …) or strange habits (sects, sexual deviancy …). It also tries to find out if is a troubled person who has had tension in his previous works (moobing), with the neighborhood, etc.
    Besides we conduct a research on the Internet about the candidate. If he or she participate in blogs, has a website, the theme and quality of their interventions, in all Social Networks …
  • BACKGROUND CHECK. The objective is to know if the candidate has previous reports, administrative complaints or conflicts with previous companies.
